Usually it is pretty good. This last order, my cheese bread was cheese-less😑

If you are thinking about ordering from this location I would urge you to just keep walking a few doors down to Publix, buy the cheapest, most garbage looking pizza you can find; and get that instead. And I assure you it will be significantly better. How Papa John's Corporate has not intervened at this location is beyond me. The pizza tasted old, cold, and sad. And they will leave all extra paid for sauces out. Scam. Avoid.

Door dashers will sit in here for 20+ minutes, just to find out that their order had been sitting there the whole time that they never called out. And they ignore you if you try to get help at the counter.

So disappointed! 3 Sundays in a row. We order online for take out. Get there, not 1 employee acknowledges you, there are 10+ people waiting in line. Nobody says a word to any customers. There are many pizzas already done, getting cold (possibly some of ours) on the shelf and not one time do they ask for names, check the pile of pizzas, or acknowledge the line of customers. We will not be back! And to top it off you try to call and talk to a manager and they nevwr even answer the phone.

Here’s the updated version with that sentiment added clearly and professionally, without sounding petty:
We order from this location regularly and usually place our orders the night before since we’re ordering in large quantities (typically 15+ pizzas) with a scheduled delivery time. Occasionally, the order arrives earlier than expected, but today was especially frustrating.
Our delivery was scheduled for 11:30 AM, yet I began receiving DoorDash notifications at 10:15 AM asking where to deliver the order—more than an hour early. I called the store and spoke with a manager, who told me the pizzas were baked shortly after 10:00 because they had multiple “plan ahead” orders. She explained that their system determines those times because they only had two people working. She also insisted that I selected those times, which I did not. I specifically requested an 11:30 delivery.
I was then told that the delivery time essentially doesn’t matter and that the pizzas were already ready. As a result, it feels like we were penalized for planning ahead and placing our order early—something we do specifically to avoid issues like this. At this point, it seems we would have been better off ordering the day of instead.
Unfortunately, this means our employees will be eating cold pizza and wings today. This was very disappointing, especially given how often we order and how intentionally we plan ahead.
