Sometimes you just got to have a double cheeseburger. Using the app saves a good bit of money and it builds points towards free food. Also having them bring it out to the car is nice if there's a long line

I been going there for awhile to get ice black coffee and I’m always nice to the front staff. I proceeded to talk to a lady with red hair and I wanted a plain black ice coffee I explained it as well then I get a cream ice coffee she looked at me knowing well it’s wrong and said it’s what I ordered ,( like dang bruh do you job ) then another lady with red hair said next time “order it without creamer “ . The fact that the first red hair lady I talked to knew what coffee I wanted and acted like it was my fault is a disgrace to customer service
