On the app it said they closed at 11 but they said today they close at 10 I sat there for 35 minutes and they did not provide a reason

I’m not sure who the “ manager “ of this facility is, but how yall acted tonight was absolutely insane. Myself and 10 cars are sitting in the McDonald’s line expecting to order. I pull up to the order microphone. Nothing. Myself and a few other people pull up to the payment window and the employees inside pretend to not see us. Finally, a guy comes to the window and tells me “they are closed” because no one wanted to work and their manager told them to close down. mind you, it was 10:15 and they do not close til 11pm. I do respect this guy for at least saying something instead of avoiding the customers who are confused and just wanted to order some food. There was a young man behind me in line asking what was going on because he had a DoorDash order to pick up that he was unable to get because the employees didn’t want to open up the window and communicate. It’s one thing to close down early, but a whole other thing to not have the decency to explain to the customers that yall are closing down early for the night. It’s not even the fact that they decided to close down early, no one enjoys working late. But at least be a decent employee and put a sign up or open up the window and communicate with customers. I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but im doing this hoping that this reaches the right person, hopefully the person who is actually in charge, because your “manager” needs to be dealt with..
