- JSJennifer StricklandSep 7, 20242.0I am a local customer to this Friendly at HWY 82 and US 303, Brunswick, Ga. There is RARELY two associate’s available to cash customers out, and the ONE that is, typically is the one that COOKS!!! There is ALWAYS 3-4 associates sitting in the office, looking busy, or a group comes from the back, but DOES NOT help, Alex, who was the single associate tonight, but she probably won’t be here very much longer, as this store has more of a turn over, than a baby gets a diaper changed!!! It’s ridiculous that such a large recognized corporation, can’t seem to retain good, hardworking, FRIENDLY, CUSTOMER FOCUSED employee's!! When another corporate entity has a starting pay of $15.00/hr, why wouldn’t Friendly follow suit considering the economy and the NEED for employees to stick around!! Perhaps the employees that hang out in the back would take care of YOUR CUSTOMERS! The line in photo of customers WAITING for your employees to work!
