My burger was falling apart before I ever took a bite. That was some very dry, cheap ground beef. We asked for the fries extra crispy. We got them somewhat soggy. And the cleanliness factor? At opening, all of the tables were dirty, they looked sticky (Like ours was) and many of them had visible crumbs. And it was opening time... Which meant all those messes I was looking at were sitting there all night. Gross!
