    The guy locked the doors right before 9 when we pulled up when the sign said the lobby was open till 10

    This is the worst staff I’ve ever seen. They close 20 minutes early every night and stop serving ice cream 30 minutes before closing consistently. Trash attitude and they can’t even keep the place clean. Wild.

    We’ve been great fans of Dairy Queen for years, so our experience with this Dairy Queen was a tremendous disappointment! I ordered the new Peppermint Bark Blizzard and not only was there little to no taste of peppermint, there were hardly any chocolate or ‘peppermint’ pieces even in it! On top of that the ice cream was very soft, quickly became soupy and was grainy to boot! No wonder the server didn’t turn the blizzard upside down to serve it!! We were very, very unhappy!!

    I was so excited to get Dairy Queen tonight. Unfortunately the Oreo cheesecake blizzard I ordered was not correct. The Oreo was accurate, but instead of cheesecake pieces, they gave me sugar cookie pieces. Very disappointing. They also didn’t do the traditional turn it upside down to show how thick it was. This location needs to do better or train their staff better.
