It's as if they don't care. I wanted a steak burrito. Nope. Out of steak with over 2 hours until they closed, and the grill looked shut down for the night. And this is a frequent problem at this location. One time it happened right at the beginning if the evening dinner rush. How do you not have everything topped off at the beginning of the dinner rush. Again, they just don't care. Eat at Chipotle - it's great food. Just don't waste your time in this one.

Tonight in particular, I sat for almost 30 minutes and watched them cook new chicken. When they finally asked what i wanted I said a chicken burrito, they tried to give me the old chicken... i asked nicely to have the new chicken that I had to wait for them to cook and they refused to give it to me... claimed I was just waiting on the rice which they brought over from the online area b/c they had it the whole time. If they would have served me at the beginning, I would have taken the old stuff because I wouldn't have known better. But they made me sit there and watch them cook it without even asking me my order and then refused to give it to me. I will never be going back and I hope they close down!

I placed my order for 6:40 pick up I get to the window finally at 7:05 and my order is not ready and they said they have to make it. What is the point of having the drive thru if that’s the case? I should’ve listened to the multiple horrible reviews but I was traveling and stopped here anyway. Absolutely do not come here literally go to any other restaurant. There is a McDonald’s across the street that I’m sure is quicker than 30 minutes for an online order. Hire more people, prep, do what you gotta do this chipotle absolute sucks.
