Someone came in to steal a prepaid order abc I notified the host and they got irritated at me for not doing anything... definitely not my job. Maybe be where you need to be. After that the waitstaff were good, but the host staff were terrible. I understand it was busy but definitely wouldn't go to this location again.

Not to mention the DRY RUB buffalo was so soggy compared to the lemon pepper (we couldn’t even finish them) Fried pickes were over battered and to be frank absolute trash. Ranch also sucked. Will never order from here again.
