I didn’t catch her name, but she was bigger, dark skinned, had pink dirty dreads with caterpillar eyelashes and a nasty attitude. They forgot half of my order and the woman was complaining out loud about having to do her job. This woman does not deserve to be in a customer service position and should be a line cook instead.

Come Arby's get off your wallet and pay the he up a decent wage and then maybe people will come work there.

No thank or anything and I said thank you. That has happened twice this week. Don't think I will be going back.

The service today is terrible. No hey how ya doing or thank you have a good day. Be glad I wasn't a secret shopper because that would have been a very low score. A customer needs to feel appreciated just like an employee.
