    30+minutes in the drive through. Staff had wrong items once at the window, had to confirm what drink, sandwich came with cheese when ordered without, and curly fries were mostly small pieces/scraps. Pitiful!

    Who ever owns this restaurant your staff stinks. Stood for 5 minutes at the register and they avoided eye contact. Really??? You don’t need our money.

    The one time I decided to actually eat in this town and not only was my order the wrong one, it was so egregious that I almost vomited all over my vehicle when I took a bite. The only good thing was the curly fries.

    DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE …. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced horrible service at this location. I believe in second chances, so I went back. I ordered two roast beef sliders, hold the white cheese, add red ranch and cheddar sauce. I was told they can’t do that, but they have any other times I’ve been. I asked when it changed and was told it hasn’t. I asked to speak and who the manager was that told the person taking the order, and she told me Josh and Avery were the managers. I asked for corporate’s number, and she said it’s online; she wasn’t doing this with me. I found corporate’s number, called, and advised them of the horrible experience I had not once but twice at this location. This place has gone down in the past few months and seems to get nothing but worse over time. Leaving one start for each category being I can’t leave less.
