With the exception of the friendly young lady that made our bowls, the staff was incredibly rude. No greeting and no speaking at all during checkout with the cashier. The restaurant was filthy and as the first customers at opening, the food was not fresh, nor was it all available yet. How are black beans and cilantro sauce being made still after opening? There were no forks and the music was so loud we had to repeat ourselves to the employees multiple times. $50 for two people, we didn’t get what we wanted and the most of the food away. Such a waste.
The food was good. The portions were significantly smaller than what I get in Atlanta. They were so understaffed. One person on the line to fix the food. One person in back to cook. Ine person handling the drive-thru and manage the cash register. It was hard to see hiw much the lady was trying to keep up as the line continued to grow. I felt bad for her.
There's always something at this place. They cant take credit cards, or they'll only take orders placed on the ap. Last time we tried to go here the dining room was closed. Like why even open a restaurant if you're not going to run it properly. You're better off skipping this place & going to Surchero's.

If you’re thinking about eating at Chipotle Mexican Grill, don’t waste your time.
This location is consistently disappointing, especially during peak dinner hours when you’d expect them to be fully stocked and ready for customers. Instead, they’re almost always out of multiple key items. It’s not just the occasional shortage either—it feels like poor planning and lack of basic preparation. One visit, they literally only had barbacoa available, and it wasn’t due to any supply issue—it was because the kitchen staff simply weren’t proactive in preparing food.
Management seems nonexistent or ineffective. There’s no sense of urgency, no organization, and no accountability. You can tell the staff is either overwhelmed or not being properly led, because the service reflects it—slow, unmotivated, and careless.
Overall, this location is a textbook example of bad management leading to a terrible customer experience. When you’re paying for a quick, reliable meal, the last thing you expect is empty serving trays and poor service. There are much better options in the area that actually have their operations together.
This location has been consistently disappointing over multiple visits.
On my first visit, they had no rice available at all. I waited about 10 minutes for them to prepare rice, and even then it was not my preferred option but the only one available. On top of that, I had to wait again for them to finish cooking and cutting the steak.
On my second visit, the store was closed because the second shift staff did not show up. That is unacceptable for a business that is supposed to have consistent operating hours.
On my third visit, I ordered 2 bowls with brown rice, and the rice in both bowls was undercooked and not properly prepared.
Across all 3 visits, there has been a clear pattern of poor management, lack of preparation, and inconsistent quality. Basic items like rice should never be unavailable or served undercooked, and a store should not be closed during normal hours due to staffing issues.
Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this location.
