- SCStephen Carroll3 days ago4.0This chic fil a food was as expected they have a drive through and a mobile pick up. They mobile pick up only had 3 cars and the drive through had about 50 cars. The mobile pick up could be moved to parking spaces and then a double lane for drive through.
- DSDevon SwansonApr 4, 20261.0! Chick-fil-A building with service Popeyes ! Worse Chick-fil-A in the US. No exaggeration. Ordered food on door dash. Chick-fil-A accidentally gave my order away before my dasher arrived to pick it up. No big deal right? Mistakes happen. Just remake it and it all good..... They refused and yelled at my dasher. I called and they yelled at me and hung up. Never remade my order. Didn't try and do anything to correct THEIR mistake. This isn’t the only tim I’ve had issues here. Rude. Bad customer service. Slow and did I mention RUDE

I have always loved Chick-fil-A because I always could count on the customer service to be A1 but not lately and since I can no longer count on this location to deliver the basic level of service I will never be back. So sad!
- CBChristopher BakerMar 18, 20261.0Slowest Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. Mobile order 26 minutes before we got to the store. Notified that our order was being started as we pulled into the parking lot and waited another 22 minutes for our order to indicate ready on the screen but no one brought it out. I stopped an employee and told him our order said it was ready then waited another 5 minutes for him to bring it out. I don’t recommend going unless you’ve got plenty of time to wait. Food was fine, but overall a horrible experience.
