  Told the manager. I was happy that all of the vegetable trays were full. Last time I went there there were three of them that were out of. She basically told me I was not telling her the truth because that's never happened. But yet my wife and I were in there and it did in fact happen. Then I asked her for a senior citizen discount like I always get. She said okay and then never gave it to me. Never seen this manager before but I can tell you right now she's rude

  Their $6.95 meal deal is great and the lady made me a really awesome sandwich just the way I asked for it but her attitude at the register was very rude and unprofessional and made me very glad I got the special deal and didn’t spend a penny more there.

  Honestly the people were nice but 100% need hands on supervised training on how to make a sandwich. Girl behind the counter kept putting her chest in my sandwich… they cut the sandwich and put everything in the outside. So when she cut it all the add ons after the cheese fell out.. The guy who was helping and training should be also retrained properly. I know nothing about working at subway but as a supervisor the team is poorly trained or incapable of the job.   Where do we start? Staff is always a mess. Undertrained staff and theres always something out. The new manager Shaina likes to belittle and cuss out staff so no wonder why the thing is closed left and right and staff comes and goes. Any time you order be prepared to be disappointed. They wont get it right and if you ask for it to be fixed youre the problem. Never call for issues because no one will call you back or handle them. The store isnt cleaned properly and I cant think of one time ive seen staff wash hands. The drink machine and tea pitcher are always nasty my guess is those get cleaned about as good as the resr of the store. The bathrooms, boy those things dont know what a cleaning looks like. As someone who's both worked at a subway and been a customer at this one id eat anywhere else. I wonder if the owner is aware of all of this or just doesn't care.

  Disappointed. Had the lunch special offered two cookies. Never got them. Men room was dirty.actually gross. Nice staff. They tried hard but were very busy. Napkins ? Never got them went up and asked. Got two paper thin brown wipers.
