  Manager treated me and her crew members very poorly short elderly women with short hair to be exact I walked in the Bremen Mc Donalds with her talking rudely to customers luckily I used the touchscreen tv I also heard her screaming at other crew members while I was waiting for my food who knows who else shes yelled at before this the words she used were completely unnecessary and inappropriate for her place in the work force even heard the crew members talking about how poorly she treats theses people someone needs to deal with this immediately this is supposed to be a safe place people shouldnt have to walk into McDonalds and feel scared to order most crew members were ok but a couple were completely unsanitary and looked trashy for this even fast food cant believe you Bremen Mc Donald’s

  I had a mobile order for pickup, went through the drive through and was told through the speaker my order can not be filled after I had already paid and confirmed the address was correct. As soon as I found out the order could not be found the cashier was very rude to me and we were having trouble speaking through the speaker. I asked if I could go up to the window to discuss the matter and was cut off rudely. I made my way to the window and asked the nice lady at the window how I could fix the problem, if I needed to cancel my order and just place a new one at the speaker. And (who I assume was the manager) interrupted while I was talking with the lady at the window yelling at me that they cant do anything about my order but did not take the time to listen to what I was asking. I had planned on circling back around to place another order and cancel the current one but after that encounter, I found it to be very unsettling and unprofessional.

  Got a coffee that’s all literally woman argued me down because I said the coffee was old because of how strong it was and I get the same thing every time and it was too dark and I could tell the coffee was old

  The Bremen McDonald's has got to ne the worst fast food restaurant I have ever encountered in my life!!! SLOW SERVICE, ORDER INCORRECT, DRINKS FLAT!!!

  Drive thru service very disrespectful. Ordered large sweet tea with lemon. Paid 1st window. 2nd window lady handed my elderly Mother in Law a small sweet tea. Told them we ordered a large. Instead of just making it right she said "You didn't pay for a large!" Then shut window, when she came back and tried to explain we ordered a large sweet tea with lemon. She said again, "you didnt pay for a large sweet tea, do you have the receipt?" We handed her the receipt. Another lady came to winow. "You didn't pay for a large!" She said Sharply! "You have to go back around and order and pay for it!" She said! This was the most adolescent, ridiculous, and ignorant transaction. They should have just made it right by accepting they did not get the order right in the drive thru. It was a large sweet tea with lemon for an elderly lady! Instead of just taking 2 seconds to make a large they had to "prove the order was incorrect!" And waste everyone's time. Customer Service is nonexistent! And we actually paid more for the small that we would've the large. They owed us money. We're talking Pennies... We always round up to The Ronald McDonald's House and they didn't ask us this time around. It was so childish.
