  I have went thru here 4-5 times now for a rockstar refresher. Get told they don’t have the mix one time, the next 3 times they just put a rockstar can in my bag and say nothing, and then one time the person at the window had no clue how to make it, someone else had to tell him the mixes were right there. Ridiculous. Franchise owner needs to get on top of this store.

  I have a fake name for this account, but I just wanted to say this taco bell is horrible. I told the lady 4 times that I wanted nacho fries, and a grilled cheese burrito with JUST steak, rice, and cheese. I get my order and after I walk out to the car I look in the bag to find plain unseasoned fries. I walked back inside and told them about the problem and all the guy worker did was hand me a small container of cheesy powder which I could barely mix onto the fries and they did not remake them or fix the fries. Another thing, the burrito was wrong. There was tortilla chip things inside which I cannot have because they make me sick. The lady who took my order acted like she was listening to me the 4 times I said what I wanted and even repeated my order to me twice and STILL got it wrong. When she saw me come back she acted all confused. This place has horrible customer service and always messes up my order.

  This has to be the worst Taco Bell in existence. Never tried the KFC side, but seeing as how I can taste it in the Taco Bell food I'm guessing it is also awful. It has not been good here for at least 4 years. Don't understand how this place is still open. They tried to hand me a bag through the window that was Dripping with grease, dripping from the bottom of the bag a visible pool of Grease in the bag. Luckily I saw it before it reached my car window or that would have been everywhere. The supposed manager was the one trying to hand it to me. He was most definitely on something. I want to go through all the details of the rambling and nonsense that he was speaking to me through the window while apologizing about the drippy bag, but he should not be working in that condition. And the place always looks just nasty. If you ever peek in through the window just trash everywhere slime and crap up the walls. It's gross they're gross go anywhere else

  They never have anything in store, I’ve been there 2 hrs before closing time and they won’t answer the drive thru and have terrible service this location needs new management or needs to close.

  Been here 10 times and nothing but issues from waiting an hour for two soft tacos to mess in my food up every time I come there and being ridiculously slow
