  Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. For us to pay over $100 for dinner, that part was awful. Both our salads had brown wilted lettuce, I get a piece or two, no, the whole bottom of my bowl was old lettuce. Steaks were supposed to be rare, came out medium because they were BURNT. I had to cut the layer of char off the top of my steak (basically butterflied my steak) to even have an acceptable bite. It will be hard to give this location another chance.

  We started off being at quickly. The hostess was kind and courteous. But we sat for about 15 minutes before anyone got our drinks. My we ordered 1 margarita which took a long time to come out. I got a burger and baked potato and it was cooked almost as requested; however it was missing my tomato slice. My husbands chimichurri filet came out raw. He asked for med rare and this thing was blue on half and medium well on the other. It came out presides. And it took us 45 mins to get our food. When we went to pay our bill someone else’s tab was added to ours. The over all experience is we will not eat there again. I hope they can make some changes and work out the kinks.

  We had a pretty disappointing experience at Outback Steakhouse recently. We ordered our appetizer and entrees at the same time, but it still took about 30 minutes for the appetizer to arrive and around an hour for the entrees to come out. Other tables around us were dealing with long waits for their dinners too. What made it worse was the lack of communication. Our server didn’t mention anything about the delay until we asked, and during the entire wait I never saw a manager on the floor checking on guests or helping address the situation. The food itself was just okay - not terrible, but definitely not good enough to make up for the long wait and poor overall experience. Between the mediocre food, slow service, and absent management, it was not a great visit.

  a man server was extremely slow (and not friendly) and totally messed up my order as well as my husband's order - i then got new food but it prob took a good 45 min to get it - i said no butter in broccoli and there was butter - I said well done chicken and it was not well cooked at all - my husband said dressing on the side and the dressing was in the salad - everything wrong happened here - terrible service and wont be going back for a long time! Terrible! Dont even know if they care....server was the worst server I have ever had! Awful!!!

  We have been here a few times and the last two times our servers have been exceptional! The second time we came, we were sat but no server came by for over 15 min. Reanna noticed and served us even though we weren't in her section! She and the kitchen staff made sure we received everything super fast. This last time, we sat with Michelle who is not only an amazing server but just a pleasure to chat with. She took amazing care of us. Every time we come the food is amazing as expected but the service is why we will continue coming back to this location!
