- KHkatja halesApr 5, 20261.0I come here all the time and ask them to put extra toppings in my burger - I come home to find barely anything in my burger. This happens all the time. The location in Hamilton mill is so much better, and they follow directions.

We waiting ten mins for our food. The fries were hot but both of our burgers were basically ice cold. There was so much mayo on my burger it was almost editable , and the lettuce was wilted. Now I see why this store has such a low rating. Very bad luck for a new store location

We saw a customer spill his drink and he had to ask for a mop to clean it up himself because no one came to help him. But we will definitely eat at Five Guys again.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
