  Went into JJ to grab lunch while my Pups were being groomed. I've never been to a JJ before and said so upon arrival. I asked for suggestions and was pointed to the menu by the employee at the register. I didn't know I had a bread option upon ordering and was given my sandwich on white bread; not my preference. The bread was fresh but I don't like white bread. Having ordered the combo I was told to grab a cup; not given one and pick a chip from below the counter where people were ordering. There were No napkins accessible, I had to ask an employee to clean a table off so I could sit and eat because all of the tables were dirty. There were 4 employees and the restaurant wasn't busy but steady. My sandwich lacked seasoning but was better after I added some salt, pepper and mayo. The sweet tea was basically syrup. I had the tuna salad sandwich. May have been better toasted with the cheese on it. Anyways, JJ left Alot to be desired especially with the cost of their food. Probably won't be returning and stick to what I know. Didn't finish my sandwich. Just too Blah!

  Jimmy John’s is the best! The staff were so patient with my detailed order and everything tasted so fresh! Very excited to have this new location in Braselton! I used to drive to the Buford or Winder location for my Vito but now I can visit here or have it delivered!

  Great experience at Jimmy John’s! The sandwiches were fresh, made fast, and tasted amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

  We were sooooo excited about getting a sandwich here. Big disappointment, big. My son gets his sandwich with only meat and cheese…..that being said, it’s not going to be as big as ones with garden on them……but THIS is ridiculous. When I took the sandwich back in just now, I asked if it was missing turkey? The 2 ladies said no that’s how it’s portioned. I’m in the restaurant business, this definitely needs attention. The sandwich was all bread, 3 very thin and small slices of low grade turkey. Hopefully I can attach the pictures.

  Davante took our order at 8:03, 57 minutes before the store officially closes. The entire time, he made a lot of comments about “errbody wanna come in at the last minute”. With each person coming in, he’d look at his watch, huff and puff and make the same rude comments. Created a very uncomfortable environment. Hope it’s not always like this with other staff, since I get off late and enjoy JJ’s.
