  Several times I have been to this restaurant to purchase food and there are FLIES. Yesterday there was a fly on the white rice in the serving container. Additionally the food looked old and dried out like it had been sitting there for hours. I was there about 4 pm. The quality of the food was poor and I was very disappointed in this restaurant. I like Chipotle but I will not continue to patronize if this continues to happen. You are in an upscale area. Please step up your game. Where is the MANAGER???

  I usually don't write reviews but I visited this location recently and one of the employees had an attitude because she misunderstood what I was asking for. This is the second time I've visited this location and the workers had an attitude. Not to mention I'm not sure what the quesadilla is supposed to look like but I don't think this is it. The fajita peppers had big chunks of pepper in it, and my guacamole had a piece of avocado skin in it.

  The lady was being very stingy on the meat I ask her for more meat she said it was a portion well I left her and her portion right there. 30 dollars for a bowl of rice and meat is crazy work. Two bowls.

  One-Star Review Chipotle Mexican Grill 3705 Village Way, Braselton, GA I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle on February 3, 2026 10:25 p.m and want to share it so others are aware. On Feb. 1 at around 10:37 p.m., I ordered two tacos for my wife. When she took a bite on the way home, the tortillas were so tough and chewy that she couldn’t even eat them. We got home too late to go back that night. On Feb. 3, I brought the tacos back to the store hoping they would simply remake them just give us fresh ones since we were loyal customers and just wanted them made right. Instead, the two employees working refused to help resolve a simply request. One guy said he “couldn’t do it,” and the woman on duty said it was two days later so it didn’t make sense. They didn’t apologize or offer anything and both refused to give their names because of “company policy,” even though they weren’t wearing name tags the guy said they don’t give out names even though there are names on the register receipt. The attitude was of these employees were rude and condescending. I explained the chicken was cold and the food was bad quality, but they didn’t care. I know Chipotle’s official return/credit process for merchandise isn’t handled in-store and has to go through customer service. (Chipotle Goods) But even so, at most other locations I’ve used (including other Chipotles in Cumming and Buford) staff will remake food that’s clearly not edible when presented with proof of purchase. I tried to do the right thing by coming back to give them a chance to fix it — and this is how I was treated. Simply TRASH!! If you care about good quality food and customer service, you might think twice about this location.
