It is BEYOND frustrating when you get to the window and it is nothing like what you ordered! It Takes LONGER!!!!!!! 🙄 Then when we got to the window - the attendant was very rude - I guess because we had to repeat the order to them several times…. They had to fix it. What’s the point of the automated when PEOPLE have to cancel everything and start again. Support PEOPLE not AI!!!!

The sweet tea needed a bit more sugar but it was fine overall. Was only passing through so probably won't be back again.
