I told them the issue with nothing but kindness and they responded with attitude about the drink. The worker reluctantly remade the drink and then proceeded to yell across the room to ask me if it tastes better in a snotty way. It did because even she said it probably needed more chai in it. The new drink was tan and tasted great. Will not return,
