  I was having a rough start to my day. There is a young lady that works in your store named Courtney. No matter what is going on outside the walls of your store, she brings joy as soon as you walk inside. You are very lucky to have her and it will be hard to visit any other locations, in my many travels, because I will want her and all of them.

  Everytime I order from here something is wrong. Today I ordered 2 grilled cheese with bacon and forgot to put bacon. I brought it back they just gave me bacon on the side instead of remaking the grilled cheese. Who eats a cold grilled cheese

  I'm not sure what the hell happened literally overnight but this is three for three in 2 days this location has basically taken my money and snickered about it. Yesterday went in, first time was mid range quality. Decently hot coffee, asked for extra hot. Second time yesterday ordered a frozen triple mocha, it was unblended, was told they can't blend it again so I asked for my money back, was told no pick something else so I made them take my information, if it reached a manager. No clue, probably not. And just now, went in for a bagel with cream cheese. Stated my pork allergy, my bagel got to me and all I smelled was bacon, was told they are not able to do refunds, untrue but that's fine. I'll go up the ladder. This is ridiculous. My wife and I spend far too much money at this location. Isolated issues are expected. I work food industry. I understand, but three times in a 24 hour span is a bit much and I'd definitely call and ensure management is on site before ordering here. Sad really, use to be the best location in all of Jackson county. Now, id almost waste my money at God forsaken starbucks if this is how it is.

  This location had gone downhill pretty bad. Service at an all time low, no customer service or greeting, not even an acknowledgement when you walk in. 2 days in a row had to wait more than 15 minutes for an online order that was placed 10 minutes prior to arriving. Yesterday, employees arguing with each other in front of customers, not a good look.
