  I'm only seeing the reviews now as I wanted to leave one. My al pastor bowl looked more like a rice bowl with 5 pieces of chicken , mine was an online order and I went in to pick up. I also observed that while I was waiting for my order, there's kids who are friends with kids working there and their bowls looked very much full of chicken. If I could give a ZERO, I would

  I’ve never had an issue with the service here, the employees don’t seem particularly enthused to be there but who cares. They’re mostly teenagers. I didn’t love my job when I was a teenager either. They’re not rude to me, at least, which is all I really care about. My issue is with the food. We’ve been ordering here almost weekly since they opened. The quality of the food has gone downhill significantly, especially in the last couple weeks. The steak is nothing but fatty, chewy pieces & the chicken just tastes.. off. It’s unfortunate but this will probably be the last time we come here.

  I ate a bowl for lunch today at 11:30 am. Will list what was on it below. It’s 5:45 pm and I’m dropping spray foam… I don’t get the runs. Something was wrong with the food today. Wonder if anyone else is cramped cross-eyed. Won’t be be eating there again. Burrito bowl: white rice, black beans, 1/2 chicken-1/2 pulled pork (might have been beef, couldn’t understand what the server said it was) guacamole, spicy sauce, white cheese. Nothing else to eat or drink. Put a little chipotle Tabasco sauce on it. To set the stage, I ate a late lunch the day before, had a muscle milk drink around 9:30 pm night before and a protein bar for breakfast today (had same bar each morning for the last 10-12 days). Kinda narrows down the reason I’m here with my feet falling asleep! Careful with Chipotle folks.

  Several times I have been to this restaurant to purchase food and there are FLIES. Yesterday there was a fly on the white rice in the serving container. Additionally the food looked old and dried out like it had been sitting there for hours. I was there about 4 pm. The quality of the food was poor and I was very disappointed in this restaurant. I like Chipotle but I will not continue to patronize if this continues to happen. You are in an upscale area. Please step up your game. Where is the MANAGER???
