Staff were nice and apologetic, but it did take a while for me to get my food, even though I ordered ahead in the app. A lot of folks in line also had to wait. Normally it's a pretty smooth experience, so I'll say it was probably just a bad day.
- JWJohn WiggintonMar 22, 20261.0I came inside and ordered the family meal with 8 pieces of chicken and 12 tenders and got all tenders. Then I also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but didn't get any gravy, not to mention this for the family which had to go without cause of this. Mashed potatoes are not stirred up completely with clumps all in them and no gravy. I also stood in there for 45min waiting on my order while people were coming in from the drive thru complaining about there order. If I wouldn't have already paid I would have just left.

They are short handed but doing a beautiful job! The food is delicious and the service was so good! May God bless the hard workers and bring on good help for them!
