  I went to this Wendy's last week to get a chicken wrap all the meat was dry hard I couldn't eat it tonight I went through and specifically asked him to cook me a fresh one and the same thing happened again the chicken was dry and I couldn't eat it now I don't know if they don't understand how to do their job but when somebody says they will wait if you cook it fresh I was told yes then you get home and started chewing the cardboard Chicken far from fresh. You waste your money I am very unhappy. I want my money back.

  A visit before we got home with cold nasty fries .. this time we asked for hot fires and even had to pull to the right in a parking spot to wait for our food supervisor said it was 6 mins for 1 of the chicken sandwichs. Needless to say when we got the food the fries were cold .. so we asked the guy that brought it out to get us hot fries .. the supervisor came right with hot fries !! That's great then he said if you wanted more no big deal .. I said no these are cold we wanted hot fries . He started. To argue with me said it was from the same batch of fries and said he needed to do a grease change tonight .. we never had a complaint about the color only the temp .. never in my life have I had to deal with a fast food supervisor being a smart ass and arguing . Not real sure if we will be ever go back

  Wendy's used to have pretty good Chili. Not anymore. Just ordered two Large Chili's ($10+ Tax!) and, well, the Chili is now bean soup. There is very little meat in the chili anymore but there are 2 kinds of beans & LOTS of them. This "Chili" needs to be renamed "BEAN SOUP". No more Wendy's "Chili" for me!

  Went through the drive thru and placed order. Got to window the girl at window was rude and when I asked for ketchup the other girl basically threw it out the window in my hand. She had about twenty packs in her hand and I ended up with about six packs in my hand. We ordered honey mustard for my wife's chicken nuggets and didn't receive any, no napkins. I'll never eat at this dump again. Train your employees to do the job with a smile, not attitude or fire the ones you have and get some new employees that wants to do a good job.
