  Absolute garbage! Worst experience ever! I sat there for an HOUR waiting for my food and they hadn't even started making it...after an HOUR! Since I actually work for a living I cannot afford to spend all day waiting on "fast food" and had no choice but to abandon my order and throw my hard earned money in the trash. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

  I have come to this Taco Bell quite a few times. I can honestly say that about 80% of the time I have at least one thing wrong with my order. Tonight I came through the drive thru and they were incredibly slow. I waited in the line for around half an hour, and they weren’t really that busy. They often make people wait at the ordering station because they’re taking so long to make the meals. A number of times even after I placed my order at the sign they tell me to continue to wait at the sign and not move up. I’m sure it is some kind of metric system that rates their speed. The assumption is that they are understaffed. I saw cars just end up, leaving the line and going in other places. The worker at the window was very nice this evening
