I always return at a minimum once a week because the crew never fails to provide quick and excellent customer service! The food is consistently great also! I give my highest recommendation to the hwy 96 Tropical Smoothie!

I walked up and she glanced at me then continued her conversation with another employee and when they finished then she got to me and mumbled “What do you want.”. In the middle of me placing my order she goes “What?!” and looked at me crazy. So I just stood there 🧍♀️ and repeated myself. Overall just a distasteful experience…this isn’t the first time she has been this way either. It’s every time I go there. The guy making the smoothies was cool though 👍. Unfortunately the smoothie did taste like plastic—which is how they have tasted the last few times I went. It was clean in there though so I guess that’s a plus? This is definitely the worse of the two Tropical Smoothies.

- BSB SAug 22, 20255.0Love everything about this location! The customer service is exceptional! I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in. They are always ready to serve with the best attitude. They are always so patient and nice as I decide what I want. And for some reason the smoothies and food here taste better than other locations. There is one less than 3 minutes from me but because of the exceptional service and better tasting food and smoothies, I drive, and will continue to do so, to this one which is 13 minutes from me. They are the best!!
