  3/1/26 The service was sub par today. The crew had issues working as a team. If yiu see customers waiting acknowledge them. The drive-thru customers were being serviced while the customers inside were being ignored with long wait times. The soda machines were out, no napkins, no utensils. Drink cups were returned due do being dirty.

  1/29/26 at 5:15 I Waited 20 minutes just to get my order taken. Normally they do alright, but this line is moving slower than molasses in winter time

  This TacoBell sucks so bad. They are literally the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. We encounter this every time, and yet, stupidly wonder if it’ll be any better. It never is. We ordered our food at 6:15 and I am sitting here at 6:45 with a partial order because they left part of my order out. They prioritize the drive through, but if you go thru the drive thru they have the worst attitude. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

  This is the slowest "fast food" location I've ever been to. Without fail, you will wait a minimum of 15-30 minutes for your food no matter what time of day you come. It wasn't like this when it first opened but it has gone down hill rather quickly. It's unfortunate.
