  I ordered a supreme and a pepperoni pizza to go and it cost me $48. The quality was horrible and the taste was very underwhelming. It’s likely the most expensive pizza in town and falls short of a Red Baron.

  I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Johnny's New York Pizzeria. We spent $114 on dinner and received some of the worst service we’ve ever had. After our garlic knots were delivered, our waitress completely disappeared. We didn’t receive a single drink refill for the rest of the meal. I even tried making it obvious by loudly sipping from an empty cup full of ice and saying I needed a drink — and still no one came. Other servers walked by our table multiple times and ignored us. Eventually, we had to flag someone down just to get boxes and the check. When we asked to speak with the manager, he did apologize and invited us to come back — but there was no attempt to actually make things right in the moment. To make matters worse, he berated the waitress in the middle of the restaurant, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Watching an employee get scolded publicly did not improve our experience. An apology after the fact doesn’t fix an entire meal of being ignored. Why would we return for a second round of the same service? We won’t be back. Update: The franchise owner of the restaurant pretty much lied to Johnny's Corperate in an attempt to cover his but for delivering poor service. I'm hoping corporate can see the video. Disgusting company.

  Order two slices today they didn’t even heat them up just took them off the rack ,sitting around for who knows how long

  Came into the restaurant with my family at 6:10. After about five minutes, we placed our order and waited. Thirty minutes later, our server came out having messed up our order and only brought half of the food, saying the rest was coming shortly. I have never been to a place that only serves half of a table’s food. While it’s understandable to want to serve food fresh, telling customers the rest is coming and then not returning—only for it to arrive 20 minutes later and not even by the same server—is unacceptable. We then had to ask for our receipt and to-go boxes. Ten minutes later, she brought only the boxes and no check. After asking again and flagging her down, we were finally able to leave at 7:25—over an hour after arriving. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Mind you we had other tables as well complaining to us about how they needed to take their kids home but couldn’t as the serves would never bring out their checks.

  My husband and I have eaten here several times and have always been pleased in the restaurant and we have even DoorDash it several times. Hailing from New York originally i find that this is a close match for being in the south. However, we dashed a supreme on 22 January. This Pizza cost $45+ with the delivery. ( I do understand that DoorDash tends to cost a little bit more.) It was so greasy and so wet on the underside that you couldn’t even pick up a slice of this pizza without it falling apart. I am so disappointed because I always look forward to eating Johnny’s. This pizza we received was gross, and slick, and oily.. 😕
