- SPSavannah PadgettApr 5, 20261.0This location is the WORST. Every time I go there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. The line is wrapped around the building and it takes 40 minutes to get a burger and fries. They mess up your order. They forget part of your order. Some of the staff are very rude/have bad attitudes. I will drive out of my way across town to a different McDonald’s before I go back here. RIDICULOUS.
- HHHopeMar 29, 20263.0The staff was very rude and ignored me as I tried to ask for something, a costumer had to help and ask for me because the employee wouldn't listen to me. She ( the employee) then looked me in the eye and kept saying come get your order and when I said I was sorry and it wasnt mine and had an aditude and said " I wasnt talking to you". To this I had no response other costumers were confused from this. The food was fine nothing with the food just the woman who acted like this.

- JJJamesMar 21, 20261.0Paul is usually so present and aware of his stores’ operations, seemingly not here. The inconsistency of this location is astounding. On Saturday mornings, there is a gentleman who is the best in business. When I get to the pickup window if my order isn’t ready, I will frequently get pulled to a side spot. But tonight at 6:25 PM, this car sat at the window for over 15 minutes. There is literally nothing that could be happening inside outside of a medical or law enforcement emergency that could adequately explain that.
