The staff is slow and doesn't seem to care about customer service. You usually have to wait at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone will notice or offer to help you. The bathroom smells like Marijuana. The interior of this location is very worn and in need of a remodel. Half the menu boards weren't working. The whole place feels dirty and not maintained. I really hope Bojangles cleans this location up for the sake of Athens and Bogart. And the Ai drive thru is something else.

I had to wait an hour on my food after the online order said it was ready and when I finally made a fuss about needing my food done. They didn’t even have half the sides and had to bargain with me so I could have what’s left. Truly a horribly managed establishment like awful. Love that chicken but Jesus
