The front counter was closed like they didnt serve food there anymore and is just a storage device. The back of house looked disgusting. Nothing is clean, trash piling in the back. Door to oven wide open. The worst was their sanitary quality. Three biscuits sat there for over 20min WHILE I waited for them to take notice of me. Keep in mind that and sandwich with meat should sit max for 10min. I worked fast food for years and worked in a kitchen. I would know. I saw these sandwiches there for half an hour for whoever the poor person would be that orders a "fresh" biscuit. Disgusting. They also used their bare hands to touch people's food.. take that as you will. Last thing here, I checked Bojangles OWN rules for cook and food sitting time just to make sure. Less than 10min for sandwiches for meat. They dont even follow their own rules. My order was an online pickup that should have been done by the time I got there roughly 12min. It was late to pickup by over 15min. Took half an hour or so for an online order. Absolutely terrible. This place needs to be shut down. I worked fried chicken places before I know how restaurants are supposed to be run. Hire better help or ownership should do it themselves. Its unacceptable. The employees lack of care for customers in person is obvious. I walked in and was finally noticed and someone asked the manager "can you just make his order?" So lazy. Just do the work. Be accountable please.
