  “I’ve had nothing but great experiences here—no complaints at all. The environment is always clean, and the service is fast and friendly. I especially want to recognize Heaven, Lexi, and Alana. Their customer service and social skills really stand out. They’re kind, attentive, and make sure everything is done right. It’s employees like them that make this location so enjoyable!”

  This location needs major improvement. Hannah is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. The glass at the food station had some type of gunk running down it, toppings were all over the place, lids were off of the tea dispensers, and the restrooms are nasty. There were 3 workers present at the counter when we arrived and the line was long. They were all over top of each other instead of helping each other. Chaos! Someone send help! This location needs better management.

  Went in to order for manager of Blue Ridge co op and she didn't receive any meat on her roast beef sandwich. Call 3 times at 2pm to 2:30 p. No answer at all. They had her order written down on green paper. Please take care of this. Thank Lisa Elder cashier of Blue Ridge Co op.

  Went in to order, got a meat, they went to the back and got a refill of the meat I asked fore, then, right in front of me, asked their coworker if this was the fresh cut meat or from yesterday, confirmed it was from yesterday, and put it on my sandwich. Then after they put it on my sandwich, they mixed today's and yesterday meat together. The entire point I thought was advertising daily fresh cut meat??
