You have to wait at the box until the car in front of you is completely finished and driven away, which really adds up when there are several cars in line. Sucks to make the customer wait way longer. It didn't seem to be because they were understaffed, as several people in uniforms were all standing around watching something on someone's phone in the drive through area when we got up to the window.

- ZZZoubirJan 26, 20261.0we came in through the drive through, ordered two biggie bags and after i paid at the second window they handed me my food and said “have a good day” i pulled off realizing my drinks were missing so i went back in to get them. mind you, when i asked they made me get them myself. understandable, but when i went to the car and checked my bag one of the sandwiches was missing. inspected the rest of the food and it look terrible. my chicken nuggets look terrible. 1/10! this place sucks from the people to the food. better off going to mcdonald’s
