- JWJim WAug 10, 20251.0We ordered two protein bowls online. Specifically requested no lettuce, spinach only. Also paid for but never received extra protein, (turkey) in one of the protein bowls. When we picked up the order and took it home, the bowls contained only lettuce and NO spinach and certainly no added Turkey which I paid for. Trying to contact someone locally was impossible. Never a manager or even an assistant manager on duty, and when I left my phone number, no one ever called. Attempted to bring this matter to corporate attention and again no response. . Terrible customer service.
