They were the only one in line inside, but they ignored him for another 5 to 8 minutes. He came back out and We went elsewhere.

I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes as everyone was walking around pretending I wasn't standing there. I finally asked if I could place an order and the lady said something like give me a minute. I knew my order was unique and needed a live person to ring it up. 4 burger patties with cheese, mayo and mustard, that's it. Lady said they didn't have mustard. Then there was a bunch of talk about how I didn't want the bun. Lol like it was a big deal. There was NO ONE inside except me. So not like they were super busy and it was an inconvenience. The manager asked me how I wanted it and I said just the burger patties and cheese. And that I would like mayo and mustard. She was the one that told them just to squirt it on the plate. (They miraculously found packets) I get in my car and realize they put onions all over it. Lol this should have been super simple. The original lady seemed super annoyed at everything. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. HORRIBLE. If she hates her Job that much, she should quit! It would be better for mcdonalds!
