Haven't had Wendys in a while, it used to be decent but they went downhill bad. I ordered 4 combos got rang up medium which is a price difference figured they'd ring you up for small unless you request md or lrg, I asked for an additional small crispy chicken sandwich not the big one that comes with the meals but the small one, I ask the girl at the window what she rang me up for she said she was new and didn't know the difference, then the 2nd window the lady was rude after she finally came back to the window after giving us our food I asked for the receipt she finally handed it to me with an attitude like it killed her to get me one and the food was cold and the fries were cold and old I got charged 1.50 to upgrade one fry to a baconator fry worst excuse of a baconator fries I've ever seen it had a tiny splotch of cheese deadcenter and literally half a strip of bacon not even kidding shouldn't went with first instinct to cook at home would've saved 53 bucks. Dang it.

Gives you no dipping sauce for ur french fries less u pay extra for it .... its straight bullshit and straight ridiculous some people don't like ketchup but u ask for the sauce u like and they want to up charge you

Did an online order and picked up through drive thru. Employee was rude dropped my drink, made the wrong frosty, and then acted like it was such a chore to make the ones I paid for. Then had to circle around again because she walked off without handing me my drink and never came back to the window.
