  I order your pizza often however today I had to leave without ordering. Your employee working today at 11am was not knowledgeable, needed a shower (yes, I wrote that) and has an open wound on his hand. I attempted to make this complaint private through the Papa John's website however the process was not possible without an order number. So, that needs attention too. Not a good day for your business.

  On Friday October 24th between 7:41pm - 7:43pm I watched the young female worker play with her hair, put it back in a ponytail and immediately handled a pizza dough. She didn't wash her hands and handled the dough with her bare hands. If there are cameras, I strongly suggest corporate take a look. Not only is it disgusting but it is unhygienic. I watched from my car in the parking lot and wished I had my phone with me that night. Do yourself a favor and go to Pizza Belly because they handle their pizzas with gloves on.

  I hadn't had a PJ pizza in a long time, and was really looking forward to the one I ordered yesterday. The guys in the shop were very professional and polite, so I figured that would ensure a good product. Yeah, not so much, the pizza was like cardboard with no flavor, and despite ordering 2 toppings, there weren't even enough on my medium pie to even cover ONE slice! I'd probably give you guys another shot and rewrite this review since your customer service was good.
