We walked in and weren’t greeted — in fact, we were treated like an inconvenience for being there. The store was out of nearly everything we tried to order — items clearly listed as available on their own menu screens (no caramel, no cereal milk latte, only vanilla bean, and no skim milk). While we were still placing our order, one drink we changed from hot to iced was already made hot before we had even paid. To top it off, the one simple hot coffee we ordered black came out with cream in it. Completely unacceptable experience — the staff clearly did not care, and the location felt disorganized and unwelcoming.

I would understand if it was one problem, or two, but there is an issue every time I go. Save your time and money. Unacceptable.
