Approximately 1/3 of my orders something is wrong, ie. wrong toppings, sauce, missing side dipping sauce paid for, etc. When I drive back and notify them of the mistake, it is always the same story, no one with any authority is able to help. Notwithstanding, the people who work there are always nice, polite and I get mistakes happen, but responsibility for the mistakes should always be a priority.
