This morning I ordered an iced macchiato, when my dasher got there my drink was completely wrong, but had the correct sticker. I called the store to let them know, and the manager on duty this morning (3/25) apologized, and because I was unable to leave the office due to being short staffed, delivered the correct drink to me herself. Thats great service! Thank you!

Staff was nice, store was clean but the doughnuts were not good. The donuts were dry and had little to no filling. Go to G and G for donuts! It’s around the corner and the doughnuts there rock!

The new management is absolutely awful! It took a while for the past team to run smoothly but once they got it figured out it was fine. Whatever happened to make them change management again is VERY UNFORTUNATE. I made a mobile order about 10 minutes before I got to the store then sat in line for 20 minutes to get to the window. They couldn’t find my order. 3 different people came to the window to ask me about my order (ridiculous.) Then I’m assuming the manager came up and said “yes, ma’am?” I asked for a refund and she said I’d have to go park, get out of my car, and go inside to get a refund. WHAT?! I had to be at work so I just drove away and will handle my refund with Dunkin’ corporate.
Hopefully this location will just close permanently because I have lost all hope in it being anything other than a flaming dumpster.

A couple of months ago, I would not have given this place that high of a rating. You never knew what you were going to get. I usually just order food, not really drinks, and I would often get a burnt bagel, sometimes 2 small slices of bacon, some days it would be barely toasted, etc..Lately, I have been coming back and since the manager Thomas has been managing, I feel that this place is doing much much better. I had a situation with an employee who I felt was incredibly rude (she is no longer there), and when Thomas heard about it, he called me and did everything he could to make it right. He was so kind and I really appreciated him. I think he is doing a great job and I enjoy coming back now. My only small little minor complaint that isn't even a big deal is that I always order a bagel with just bacon and cheese. Some employees ring it up as a bagel and then add the bacon and cheese, which comes out to $3.60ish, but most of the employees ring it up as a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and just remove the egg, which comes out to about $5. It's not a huge deal but as often as I like to come, that extra dollar does add up. Regardless, I appreciate the effort Thomas and his team are making to make this a better place!
