Owner has nothing but immature kids working in there and the bigger lady that is a manager is very unprofessional while yelling at the kids in there in front of customers. Went a few months ago and found a hair in my food thinking it looked strange to be a person's hair and the girl working in there said oh that's a dog's hair the owner was letting one of our workers sleep here and her dog stayed inside. Do what!?!?!?!? Ice cream is always half melted when you get it and when you ask them why they state bc the owner will not spend the money on new equipment. employees are very unprofessional. Don't see how the DPH has allowed this place to stay open. Apparently owner cares less about her paying customers concerns bc her response is always the same. Do better than copy and pasting the same response and no you will not see me back.
