    Manager is rude!! Simple request are met with an attitude and I will be calling corporate. She should NOT be in customer service. The local owner should be embarrassed of how this store is being ran. This location needs all new staff . This place is horrible! All the reviews are consistently bad . Never going here again and I’m spreading the word in my community to no longer support this Wendy’s !

    The absolute worst treatment ever from any restaurant. Walked in at 836 pm .. the restaurant had just updated their hours to midnight tonight .. as we approached the front counter what appeared to be the female manager began yelling literally at us .. thankfully when I saw her face and her storming towards us I turned my voice recorder on before it began so I have the entire encounter recorded ... we simply said the door was open. A customer leaving politely held the door as we walked in.. We had just left church service and had our grand baby.2 years old.. and daughters with us. The lady manager continued to berate us saying I locked that door ...blah blah blah.. we said we simply came to eat. And she became even more irate. We said ther was nothing saying the dining area was closed. She said we'll if youre 3 people short.. there were 5 employees there we counted. then we lock the dining area. .. our lobby is closed. Wasn't that busy.. very steady.. If there'd been a sign. We would have understood. If the door had been locked to us.. we would have gone elsewhere. But there is no excuse for literally yelling at customers for simply coming into an open restaurant to eat.. and it absolutely dusgusting that she would do so in front of children.. asked her name frok 1 of the ladies cooking and she stared me in the eye .. said nothing. And walked away. Well.. got pics of business license and environmental health permit .. Genesis Restaurant group llc in athens owns the franchise. Mr Thomas..not Dave lol. Formed the llc so I'll be reaching out him and corporate for wendys tomorrow to report such abuse. As we left se followed behind us and gabbed on her cell phone while smoking in her suv beside us so I waited to see how overwhelmed busy they were. Not too much so for her to enjoy her phone tike and her smoking for over 15 minutes. If anyone would like the audio recording to hear it for themselves just message me. Thank you for listening .. I hope it helps some of you to prevent your children from the verbal abuse of this woman.

    We went here one night to buy food. We placed two orders at the drive-thru. When they handed us the order at the window, my spouse noticed the bag felt light, so he said we ordered two. The crew member replied that both orders were already in the bag together. Since there was a car behind us, we drove away from the window—but when we checked the bag, we were missing two burgers. It only had two fries and nuggets. We went back to the window to tell them the burgers weren’t there, but the crew member got upset and insisted she was sure she had put the burgers in the bag, saying they were underneath. She even said she would check the camera. Go ahead. Do you think we would lie over burgers? What are you implying—that we took them ourselves?

    Service was great, person I talked to was very friendly and my order was correct and fresh, I had to wait just a few minutes to get the order. But the lady at the window made me feel very comfortable!! All around great!
