    my burger wasn’t made right and my fries were cold so i kindly went in and asked for them to remake my food, when i asked they were very rude and made it seem like i was in the wrong for even asking for my food to be made right. they definitely need to work on their customer service and not having a stank face when being asked to remake food.

    Okay so absolute rave to the Manager Tiffany! I had ordered two sandwich combos and a small bowl of chili and when I got home I realized that my Burger was the wrong Burger. Mind you I haven’t eaten all day and I was very angry. When I called the store Tiffany picked up and I told her about the situation and she said I could come pick up the Burger I ordered. My fiancé went to go get it she had remade me the burger and gave me $2 off my next order. She also asked if I wanted a free frosty or Cookie but the $2 off was way more than I what I needed. I just really wanted my burger and she was so kind and thoughtful through out the whole situation. :)

    AWFUL! 35 minutes to go through drive through and we had a mobile order. The woman in drive thru was incompetent, barely spoke clear English. Missing a 10 piece nugget, had an extra fry, wrong frosty, no sauce. Utterly ridiculous. Will NOT be back. This place needs to get their crap together.

    I have no idea why this restaurant has 3.9 stars. The incompetence at this establishment is astounding. We pulled up to the drive through at 9:20 pm and ordered 3 sandwiches and a baked potato. It was not busy. There was one truck in front of us ordering when we got behind them. When we got to the window, we saw a suv pulled up in front waiting for their food, and talking to an employee, and the original truck in front of us who ordered, parked also waiting for THEIR food. We waited for 15 minutes. The two vehicles in front of us waiting finally get their food after 15-20 minutes. The employee outside talking to vehicle #1 was the manager. Meanwhile, I counted at LEAST 4 other employees inside, doing who knows what. By 9:50 we asked for a refund and don't even want the food. We have to wait for the manager to reappear, because she disappeared on the other side of the building outside. In the meantime, we are asked a couple times to move up. Absolutely not. We waited at the window. Their window timer should absolutely show how long it took them to make this order. It was not busy. We finally get a refund. And another employee, does kindly try to make it right and give us our food free. Then offered us a free beverage. Honestly, while we appreciate her efforts, the food was ice cold by that point. And Dave's single burger wasn't cooked all the way. It was still pink. I wouldn't recommend this wendys. Absurd.

    At 9pm we went to get a baconnader, a number three spicy nugget and a kids four piece chicken meal. The kids meal did not have any chicken nuggets when we got home just two things of fries. After having been asked what sauces we would like, we get home and realize there are no sauces whatsoever. Also no straws for our three drinks. It was not busy, so there was no need for this to not be double checked. Yes, we should’ve checked but being in a hurry, we had to go.
