I also got zero nuggy sauce… so I guess I was supposed to raw-dog plain nuggets? The fries had no salt, no flavor, no soul. The only thing that survived this experience was the sweet tea. This isn’t even my first bad visit here. I know it’s McDonald’s, but come on… at least pretend to care. Do better.

The manager that night told me the money would be back on my card within 3 days and that has not happened ! I had to dispute it with my bank. I had to reorder the food and was given a discount but the previous charge was never refunded. If it was really canceled as they claimed the money should have been returned back to my account. It’s been 3 weeks!

I order a double cheeseburger and the second I got home to take a bite I noticed the burger was crooked and sloppy so I went to adjust it and found that one of their employees had taken a bite out of the patty. Thankfully I didn’t eat it right away.

It took much longer than when I order from the Harbins road location. I have no idea why Uber Eats sent my order to this location. Never again. It’s fast food which was slow and missing items!!
