I don’t know if that’s a joke or stupidity either way why play with my food. Who raised these people. Again, please please please change the night staff. This isn’t a one off but the 3rd or 4th time I’ve gotten food that I can barely eat. Please fix this because this isn’t Decatur. Fire the whole night shift.

The last time I placed a mobile order their system was down and everyone kept ignoring the young boy at the window who was asking for help. Eventually the manager came and told me they couldn’t make my food because it wasn’t showing in their system despite the initial worker saying that his had been an ongoing issue with mobile orders all morning. I showed her the receipt on my phone and the money that was taken out of my account. She proceeded to advise me that I have to place mobile orders from the parking lot. This made absolutely no sense because it defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. She reluctantly had me pull up and when I received my order it was wrong… Tonight I really wanted to try to buffalo ranch wrap after a 12 hour shift with no time to eat. Not only does the staff struggle to wrap a tortilla but they threw the buffalo ranch all over the tortilla. The entire wrap is covered in sauce you can see and feel it through the paper wrapping. Of course they couldn’t be bothered to give me any napkins in the bag. I threw it away. Get it together Bethlehem McDonalds.
