Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were suspect. In reality that falls on the bought off health inspector and ownership. I owned my own business for 30 years. Wouldn't let this stuff slide. Even if it meant having to do it myself. Get the feeling that would never happen with this kind of owner or I wouldn't be having to point this out.
