  Once again I did not get my drive thru order today. I ordered and paid for a chicken cordon Bleu combo. When I arrived home to eat I found "Doug's" Dine In chicken sandwich with no mayo. My order was not in the bag. My apology goes to Doug whose sandwich was placed in my togo bag while he waited inside to eat. Grabbing takeout is getting more and more frustrating.

  I purchased 3 sandwiches. 1 classic, 1 double, and 1 half pound roast beef, and 1 large order of cutlet fries. I got 4 Arby’s sauces and 2 horsey sauces. I asked for a couple more and was very rudely told no I could not have any more sauce, which I would have paid for (shouldn’t have to I just spent $23 and I can’t get 2 cent packet of sauce). I understand cutting costs, but that’s ridiculous! As I was 3 miles down the road I realized that They did not give me my fries either! Looked for the receipt to go back and get them, no receipt, shocker! So here I am eating a dry sandwich with no fries, lesson learned.
