Most recently I ordered five items but received one item that I actually ordered and two Cinnabons I didn’t order. This store needs a management overhaul or the Wendy’s name taken off the building. App offers no way to resolve issues and this store never gives you your full order. I have never once gone to this Wendy’s and received all my items. Even McDonald’s has figured out how to mark something as not available on their app.

If the people working there I don’t know the difference between a sausage biscuit and a gravy biscuit they need to be fired and the manager needs to be replaced if he can’t teach your employees the difference between a sausage biscuit and gravy biscuit he needs to be fired too. You can’t never get good service anymore specially at Wendy’s so don’t waste your time
