Employee immediately dismissed this and stated their practices are well within health code. I agreed as their pizzas are normally wonderful. I’d asked if we could simply pick up a replacement which was rudely declined. I suggested I’d bring the pizza in for his review which again was greeted with disdain. Ethan was not only rude but extremely unhelpful. It’s a pizza? We just want to eat cooked dough… which Ethan blamed on the extra sauce we chose to add to the pizza. Why have that as an option if you cannot execute the product? We left the pizza with Ethan as it was inedible and he was unwilling to correct a very simple situation. I love the fast cooking service, but please cook the pizza through to avoid uncomfortable difficult employee interactions. Customer service sessions are needed.
