  Ordered Carryout on 2/1/2026. I ordered one large sausage and pineapple pizza on hand tossed crust and one large Pepperoni Pizza on a Pan crust which was an extra $1 charge. I was given both pizzas made on hand tossed crusts. I checked to see this time because this happened the last time I placed this exact same order and didn't notice until I got home. I told the young lady, name unknown, due to no name on my receipts and no name tag on her. She looked at it and asked if I wanted it remade. I told her yes that I wanted what I paid extra for. She said it would take 15 to twenty minutes. I said ok. She just turned and walked away after that leaving the other pizza on the counter to get cold while they made the replacement for the one they made wrong. When she brought the remade pizza back up to the counter, it was again made on a hand tossed crust. I just took it and left at this point. I just came home and called the customer service # after looking it up online since it is not given on your receipt. They offered to. give me a credit for a free large pizza. I declined this, since I will definitely not be ordering from there again. The kitchen was very messy looking, and I don't see the point in a free pizza that would probably just be made wrong again. Still waiting on contact back from them in 3-5 business days to see if they are going to at least give me my extra $1 back for the upcharge for a pan crust I didn't get. In short, I wouldn't advise ordering from here, since they choose to not care about stealing from you by up charging for things and not giving them to you. I'm a very disappointed customer. I won't be ripped off again though.

  cierra is good manager i had no idea what to order she recommended me to get the big new yorker it’s very clean and she do her thing as management got my food so fast thanks pizza hut

  Ordered my food online. They confirmed the order. We pulled up before closing time and either nobody was there or they were hiding so they didn't have to serve us. We didn't get our money back or our pizzas.
