Walked in at 10:15am and the door was open but the guy said they were closed. When I asked when they actually opened he said he didn’t know. Dont trust the hours online!

As a single woman who watches my caloric intake, I like to go to Subway at lunch and get the 6-in turkey on multigrain with light mayo, pepper jack cheese, a little bit of lettuce, a little bit of spinach, tomatoes, extra purple onions, black olives, jalapenos, salt, pepper and oregano. There are three different Subways that I visit regularly to get this sandwich and I eat half for lunch and half for dinner. The lady working at this location....green eyes...has been there for some time because I see her each time I go. My last visit and I do mean that it will be my last visit to that Subway location, when she was making my sandwich and was adding the toppings that I requested, she put four pieces of purple onion. When I asked for more she added one piece and then I asked for more again. She advised me that Subway was experiencing a shortage and she could not give me more. I shared with her how I regularly visit three locations of Subway and that I had never been told this by any location. She said this applied to all Subway locations. She told me it was because of the war. The bin of onions in the counter were all of the toppings are located was almost empty, except for maybe a few more pieces. Seriously, like less than 10 small pieces of onion. I paid for my order and was going to sit outside at the picnic table but the wind was blowing quite a bit so I decided to stay inside the store. I sat at one of the small tables that was around the wall from where the sandwich making counter was located. After all customers that were in there had left, she proceeded to talk about me to who I believe is the manager. Telling him that I had asked for more onions and that she gave me one. She continued by saying that I couldn't just ask for as much as I wanted on my sandwich. I stood up from the table and walked around the end of the wall and continued to listen to her as the manager walked away from where she was standing and talking and went into the back. He did see me. She continued to talk and then looked up and saw me standing there. She asked me if she could help me and I told her that she just did. I expressed to her that I felt that she was lazy and not doing her job because she had obviously not restocked the bin, or the napkin holders, and the tables were not wiped down. I went back to the table and picked up my purchase and started out the doors to leave and she said " Oh no! I'm not doing this with you today! She's right. I did not stand there and do anything with her. I left and I won't be going back so she never has to worry about doing anything with me on any day! You know, me...the customer...who wanted a little more then five pieces of onion, was talked about behind my back and I guess she thought it was cute that she added one onion as she certainly sounded proud about it when she was sharing it with the man, I believe to be the manager. A very kind, humble man. So I was curious of how the war was affecting the onion supply so I looked up where Subway purchases their purple onions. Oh my goodness, it's in the United States! I was so grateful that the war had not affected the black olive or the jalapeno supply for Subway because there was so many of those put on my sandwich they were rolling off. But those bins were full. I visited one of the other Subways that I am a regular at and I questioned them about supply chain issues and they told me that it was not a supply chain issue. That location is great and all the bins are always fully stocked, napkin holders are full and tables are wiped down. EpiCenter Subway green-eyed lady, you should not be at a counter customer-facing! Oh wait, you weren't looking me in the face. You were talking behind my back!

Absolutely AWFUL! customer service. I would NOT recommend eating here ever. My entire Sub was incorrect so I went up there to have it remade. The manager on duty made a entire problem and then cussed me out after making the sandwich incorrect AGAIN!
