Literally ignored for 10 mins while standing at the counter. my order had the wrong name on the bag but I knew it was mine bc I had a small frosty and a strawberry Dr pepper easy to spot. me, my gf and 2 other ppl stood there for more than 10 mins. and then they go around us and take the order of another couple 2 behind us. they completely ignored every person up front that was white, had to literally be like hey u gonna help us. then the receipt that was on my bag that was wrong. they threw it in the trash and never made the order for the other ppl. The manager seemed high as a kite, and couldn't do anything right. This is ridiculous, place needs to be wiped clean and started over.

Order process was awful - the AI order taker didn’t understand anything we asked for. Finally the employee, who was nice, informed us they were out of several things we ordered. Fine, we changed our order. Paid, got our food. It was wrong. Burgers were very over cooked. Fries were good. And the frostys were just off. Texture, taste, everything. They were gross. Maybe it was an off night, but probably won’t return.

A Wendy's is a Wendy's, but being able to feed a family for $10 tastes so much better when the park food costs $20 per person. Also, the service is fast. Whether you order in person at the counter or use the tap screen option in the store, this fully staffed restaurant will have your food out to you in no time at all.

It always seems clean and the wait for our food has never been very long. We’ve only have nice polite service. And I feel like the food is good and you get what you pay for. That being said, I usually enjoy a burger with fries and a chocolate frosty. The others I bring usually get the chicken.
