  I placed an order for pizza with an estimated wait time of 35 minutes. After waiting significantly longer than the estimated time, the pizza arrived in a condition that was not fit for consumption. I contacted the store, and an employee offered me a credit, which I found unacceptable given the circumstances. I requested either a full refund or for my order to be remade. At that point, the manager, who identified himself as Cordell, ( I believe) got on the phone and began yelling at me. He stated that it was Super Bowl Sunday and that they were too busy to address my issue, and said there was nothing else he could do I could come pick it up (after already paying for delivery absolutely not) before hanging up on me. When I called back, the same manager answered and again began yelling at me in an unprofessional and hostile manner. He stated that I was “taking up his time” and that he “didn’t have time for me,” while continuing to scream. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Well, I understand some days are stressful. There is nothing to excuse this type of behavior.Thank goodness corporate is now involved . Papa Johns it is!!

  Worker looked right at me and told me the pizza was how I ordered it and it was in fact not like order it at all but he had time to be on the phone talking about tik tok live ai are taking the wrong jobs Pizza Hut needs to be next

  This is a wonderful friendly place to order good hot pizza always fresh and hot I never have to worry about my pizza being warm it’s always fresh hot out the oven thank you because I love my food hot .

  This store is a joke. Every time they deliver with door dash you can expect cold late pizza. They don't care. I get they don't control Door Dash, but when they deliver, Door Dash is Pizza Hut. They need to stop stacking orders with Door Dash.

  My worst pizza experience ever. I dont know who owns/runs this place but there needs to be an evaluation of staff and operations! I ordered directly from the website at 6:00pm and received a delivery time of 6:31pm, then i got a text that Doordash will be delivering my order by 7:10 along with tracking info. Two different drivers went to pick up my order and left!! I called the store 3 times before someone finally answered and was told that " we're having issues with the Doordash system and my order will be on its way shortly. A 3rd driver showed up and after seeing him wait 10 mins I called the driver and asked him if my order was ready, they told him no!! I told him to let them know im on the phone and its been over an hour, 3 different drivers, where's my food?? They told him its being prepared now. What???!!! I finally got my food at 8:15pm, 2 hour and 15 mins later!!! Of course everything arrived cold (i live 5 mins away), my barbque chicken pizza has barely any sauce!! S/n: i was told I was getting $10 off my $45 order so I'll see once the charge goes through. 🙄😒😡
